Conditions of Rental
The driver must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 12 months of driving experience. Any loss or damage to helmets, baby seats, baby boosters, tires, or keys must be paid by the renter.
The minimum rental period is one day.
All fees are subject to 24% VAT.
Fuel costs are the responsibility of the renter.
All traffic fines are charged to the renter.
The maximum authorized speed is 50 km/h.
Deposits for any rental are non-refundable.
Conditions of Use
The renter is responsible for checking the vehicle’s mechanical condition, including oil, water, and tires. Any repair to the vehicle by the renter or any third party is not permitted.
The vehicle must not be used:
to carry passengers or property for hire,
to tow another vehicle, trailer, or object,
to participate in races, rallies, or contests,
to be subleased to another party,
while the renter or any authorized driver is under the influence of alcohol, medication, or drugs,
in violation of any customs, traffic, or other regulations,
by any person not authorized by IslandDrive,
to carry heavy luggage, flammable materials, foul-smelling goods, or narcotics.
Payment
IslandDrive customers can pay either through online booking or in cash upon arrival.

IslandDrive Insurance
Third Party Insurance: All authorized drivers are covered against liability to third parties for injury or damage caused.
Personal Insurance: IslandDrive Rentals provides personal accident coverage not only for the driver but also for passengers in case of an accident.
Theft Protection: Theft protection covers any damage or loss caused by illegal acts involving the vehicle.
